Gather Place – Bucks County Community Space, open since 2022,
is a vibrant community hub dedicated to preserving history, uplifting untold stories, and bringing people together through meaningful educational and cultural experiences. Located in historic Yardley Borough, Gather Place welcomes visitors from Bucks County, across Pennsylvania, and beyond, to explore the local connections to our shared national story.
We proudly serve schools, libraries, museums, seniors and assisted living communities, faith-based institutions, community organizations, families, and lifelong learners of all ages. Through curated exhibitions, first-person historical interpretations, interactive programs, workshops, and special events, Gather Place creates engaging opportunities to learn, reflect, and connect.
Our mission is to honor the past, inspire the present, and help shape a more informed and inclusive future — making history accessible, relevant, and alive for all.
Gather Place Museum is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Pennsylvania State organization. Headquarters at the Historic African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church of Yardley (est.1877) located in the Historic District of Yardley Borough, Bucks County Pa.
We are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and dedicated to preserving history, celebrating culture, and fostering community engagement in Bucks County & beyond!
